Strength Day 3

Hands down my favorite one so far!

Got 14 push ups! Amrap got 4+10 went with 35lb db and 12 push ups for the last minute! These workouts are epic!! The cool down video is so good, i stretch for another 10mins. I do my workouts before tackling this one! Next week I’ll slow down and just tackle this program with my strengthening program!
