Kari Pearce

Fitness Trainer, Founder

Kari Pearce is a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, ISSA Nutritionist, former elite athlete, and co-founder of KP Living. With a B.S. in Movement Science from the University of Michigan and over 27 years of athletic experience, her passion for health and wellness runs deep.

After retiring from competition, Kari discovered her own hormonal imbalances, inspiring her to study women’s fitness and nutrition. Her journey shaped her mission to empower women at every life stage through balanced wellness programs focused on self-care and positive habits.

Kari loves fajitas (with guac!), Funfetti, and ice cream. She’s an avid traveler - Hawaii and Switzerland are favorites. When she’s not coaching, she enjoys time with her husband Mitch, being outdoors, sharing her wellness journey, and getting ready to become a mom. 💖
