Self Care Sunday: 5 Minutes of Movement!
Happy Sunday!
Take just five minutes today to reconnect with your body, release tension, and set the tone for the week ahead.
This mini movement routine is designed for all fitness levels and can be done anywhere – no equipment needed.
Routine (5 Minutes Total):
🔹️Neck & Shoulder Rolls – 1 min
Slowly roll your shoulders forward and backward, then gently tilt your neck side to side to release built-up tension.
🔹️Seated or Standing Side Stretch – 1 min
Reach one arm overhead and lean gently to the opposite side, stretching your obliques. Switch sides.
🔹️Hip Opener March – 1 min
Lift your knees one at a time toward your chest, opening up the hips. Keep your core engaged.
🔹️Standing Cat-Cow – 1 min
Place hands on thighs, inhale to arch your back and open your chest, exhale to round the spine and tuck your chin.
🔹️Gentle Twist & Breathe – 1 min
Stand or sit tall, twist gently to the right, then left, breathing deeply to release stress and tension.
