It’s not about how fast you move or how many reps you crank out. It’s about how well you move.


If your form’s off, you won’t activate the right muscles, and you definitely won’t see (or feel) the results you’re working for. In fact, rushing can actually slow your progress or lead to injury.


Even professional athletes go back to the basics regularly to master their form. So take your time. Move with intention. And remember—quality beats quantity every time.
