I didn’t get a photo of breakfast, but todays breakfast and lunch though to you by our Living 45 recipes! Breakfast was the cottage cheese with Pom, cinnamon, and walnuts, lunch was the chickpea Mediterranean salad, and dinner I went fairly simple because I was short on time. Air fried plain boneless skinless chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and a wild rice blend cooked with cranberries and topped with roasted pecans! Absolutely delicious, and something I will make again!
As for exercise, I haven’t done day 3 (or really any exercise) today at this point. I woke up with a potential inner ear issue that I needed to address, and the chaos of kids and other life tasks has seemingly taken over. I may still attempt it this evening though, if I get a bit more energy. Otherwise, for this week, because I started a day late, I’m happy to have a day of rest, and continue tomorrow. 🥰 Or, maybe for my own satisfaction that I actually did something today, maybe a 30 minute treadmill, or 30 minutes worth of Pilates and yoga. I want to close my Apple Watch rings!😆
