Workouts, meal plan, Lemon Balm and Saffron
I realized I didn’t do last weeks workouts on the right days. Woopsie! I didn’t take that rest and felt completely exhausted. So this week I did them according to the calendar and I feel a ton better. 1 month ago, I purchased some Lemon balm for my sleep issues and Saffron for my libido and sugar cravings and they both seem to be working for me. I’m eating more from the meal plan and even went grocery shopping last night to get a few more meals for this week. Ohhh and I bought a vibration plate to help with my lymphatic system. UPDATE: apparently these are not good for everyone so please research before trying. Not for pregnant women either!!!! Havent tried it yet because it just got here but I’ll keep you all posted.
