So Im going to be 47 in August and so far this timeline is correct for me. Anyone else? What is helping for you? Im not dropping weight and I’m working out religiously to the new 45 day program, eating according to plan. I Do have body dysmorphia which doesn’t help at all, but I really want to feel better. I was always under weight until about 44yrs old and now Im stuck and working out more than I did 2+ yrs ago.

I appreciate you sharing this! You are not alone with your body dysmorphia. Are you getting at least 25 grams of fiber a day? Also are you getting at least 0.8 g/pound of bodyweight of protein? Sometimes working out more isn't better depending on what you are doing. I love that you are doing Living 45. I hope you are hitting those with intensity! Also make sure you are getting in steps when you can :)
