Day 2 in the books.

Finished yesterdays workout. And today was a good cardio. I do KP living workout in the morning. And I go to CrossFit in the afternoon. lol. Double the workout. I do light weight and scaled in the morning. I must say I do have lots of energy after the morning workout. It’s a plus. 😍
