Before the coffee, before the chaos… take five to wake your body with intention.

This week, your new habit is a 5-minute wake-up flow to start your day grounded, energized, and just a little more in control.


Because here’s the deal:

👉 How you start your morning sets the tone for everything else -your mood, your motivation, your hormones, your energy, even your food choices.

👉 You don’t need 45 minutes or a miracle morning routine. You need five minutes to reconnect to YOU before the world gets loud.


💛 Your 5-Minute “Stretch & Shine” Wake-Up Flow:

1️⃣ Seated Breath + Reach (1 min)

Inhale arms up, exhale hands to heart. Get centered.


2️⃣ Neck & Shoulder Rolls (30 sec)

Release that tension you slept on (literally).


3️⃣ Forward Fold with Soft Knees (1 min)

Let your spine stretch and your brain exhale.


4️⃣ Cat-Cow on Hands & Knees (1 min)

Wake up your spine and gently fire up your core.


5️⃣ Down Dog to Low Lunge (1.5 min)

Open up your hips and lengthen your body.


Close With: “Today, I move with energy and intention.”


 It’s five minutes. No excuses. Pajamas welcome.
