Recipe Tip!

So, it's no secret I have a bit of a sweet tooth, (wooo 3 weeks no gummy bears!)


So as it's fall and my husband and I love a good pumpkin... well anything.... here is my new favorite, no guilt dessert! 🎃


🔹️1 box spiced cake (I'm lazy, lol)


🔹️15oz pumpkin puree


🔹️2 eggs


🔹️2 scoops unflavored collagen for bonus protein!


I use a muffin pan.


Bake at 350 for 20 minutes


Then homemade cream cheese icing!


🔸️8 Oz cream cheese


🔸️1 small container of vanilla or plain Greek yogurt


🔸️1 tsp powdered sugar - helps to cut the hangings. I do it to taste


🔸️Sprinkle some pumpkin pie spices on top


🎯 Total Protein (entire recipe):≈ approx. 52–54g protein total


If you slice it into:


12 servings: ~4–4.5g protein each


9 servings: ~6g protein each


6 servings: ~9g protein each
