I completed š Day 9 ā Sleigh the Circuit! I had to take a couple days off. Packing and moving in an rv takes time...just excuses. I am back.

Packing and moving IS exercise!!! You were getting it in, just not these workouts. But wow, that is a lot of work! I hope the move went well!!
