I may have jumped into the fire on Monday when I did the Lucky 7’s workout, before actually starting the program, when it came to my legs and glutes. However, after completing day 2 today, I feel like I could slowly be on the upswing of moving through the burn. I won’t lie. Today was slow, today was modified, and I still have three more to complete this week, to catch up for my first week. I made it though. I’m pretty much fairly out of shape, so I modify as needed for now, I endure as I am able to for now. Now for breakfast! A Revive mango smoothie with an added punch of chocolate protein powder, made with coffee! 😁☕️ This might not be the best way of doing it, and is definitely what seemed an odd experiment of flavours, but it actually tastes quite pleasant! I felt like a drag my ass hangover this morning, despite no drinking, so coffee was the thing to do this morning!🤣 This one smoothie has 50 grams of protein! After breakfast, I’m going through the recipe book one more time, to mark off my favourites, and there will be a grocery trip happening! I’m excited to try all these beautifully put together meals! 🥰🥰🤤🤤
