A Note from Me Personally as CEO and Co-Founder of KP Living ❤️

I haven’t spoken to Kari about this (with her on maternity leave), but I felt this was too important not to address.


Here in the U.S., many people are facing economic and food insecurity right now. While I don’t want to get political — I think my pro-science, pro-women stance is pretty clear — I do want to make it clear that at KP Living, we’re here to support your health and wellness no matter what is happening around us.

Loving the burn!

I completed Workout 4 – Toned & Tight (Thighs and Core)! Got it done. Walked 3.5 miles this morning. Then did the inner thugh work to break up the afternoon.
