I completed 🎄 Day 5 – Upper Body Burn! Back at it. I did the leggs on Tues (i posted that) then had a day at the San Diego Zoo...wow! That was an 8mile day. My left knee protested on my rest day yesterday. So I used kp tape and did upper work today. Easy does it for a few days.

I completed 🎄 Day 6 – Rockin’ Reindeer Legs! I added the Total Body Tone inner thighs with this one. WOW!! Tomorrow total rest day! Walks this afternoon to stretch out the leg muscles. 🥵😎
