A New Chapter – KP Living, Hormones, and My Health and Fitness Journey

Over the past few years, my personal health and fitness journey has taken me down a path I never expected... one that ultimately led to the creation of KP Living.


At the time, everything looked like it was thriving - my career, my relationships, and the programs I was part of. But behind the scenes, my health was not.


I had spent years pushing my body without truly listening to what it needed. On the outside, I seemed “healthy,” but the reality was that my hormones were completely out of balance and I wasn’t caring for myself in a way that supported long-term wellness. That realization was a massive wake-up call. And it changed everything.


That’s why I created KP Living.


Why KP Living Is Different

KP Living isn’t just another workout program. It’s about full-body health from the inside out - balancing fitness, nutrition, hormones, and mindset in a way that works with your body, not against it.


Over the past few years, I have: 

✔ Learned directly from doctors and nutritionists 

✔ Partnered with women at different stages of their hormonal journey to better understand their struggles 

✔ Earned my Women’s Fitness Certification and Nutritionist Certification


Every step of this journey has been with one goal in mind: to create a space that empowers women to take control of their health in a sustainable, balanced way.

Since launching KP Living, I’ve been blown away by the feedback. Women have told me the workouts are not only effective but in many cases more effective than programs I’ve created in the past.


We now have five unique programs (with more on the way very soon!)... each designed to fit different needs, goals, and stages of life. And this is just the beginning, we’re continuing to grow.

Core Burn & Sculpt – 7 results-focused workouts blending stability, functional movement, barre-inspired sequences, and cardio finishers to challenge every layer of your core and build strength that lasts.


Full Body Stride – A hormone-smart fusion of walking-based cardio, strength training, and step goals. A 30-day program designed to build muscle, boost energy, and support metabolism and hormone balance.


Desk Fit in 5 – Quick, flexible workouts you can fit into any busy day. Whether you have 5, 10, or 15 minutes, these short sessions deliver real results in strength, tone, and energy.

And this is just the beginning, new programs are already on the way!


Looking Ahead

This new chapter is about more than workouts. It’s about helping women feel their best, supporting their bodies through every stage of life, and embracing a more balanced approach to health.
